Tosh, co-founder of Unlock Authenticity, is an adult development specialist, educator and generative coach with sixteen years of experience whose career has centered on learning and organizational growth.

Today, he is expanding that work from organizational performance toward human possibility, supporting individuals, communities, and mission-driven organizations in creating meaningful change. His creative pursuits include poetry, music, collaborative storytelling, and writing that explores authenticity, growth, and possibility.

Adam Hooker

Systems, structure, and beep beep boop boop · he/him

Adam, co-founder of Unlock Authenticity, has almost 30 years of engineering and product management experience. He's spent his career delighted more by the problem than the solution: using technology to help people do what they do best, and to make technical systems that are invisible to the people using them.

Today, he is working to bring his skills and experience to impactful projects that enable people to connect and grow. His creative pursuits include cooking, science fiction, music and stage performance, connecting with nature, and general tinkering.
